Personalized Healing
Working one-on-one allows us to use embodied tools in a personalized way, to support your true healing, in your own timing, in the way that's just right for you.
Over the course of six 1-hour sessions, we'll use a combination of regulating, sensing, movement, breathwork, journaling, expressive and talking tools, to gently learn more about how your body protects itself, and what it needs to feel safe and connected.
All sessions occur over Zoom, are recorded AND transcribed so that you can go back and review what unfolded.
Additionally, I will give you customized home practices, consisting of movement sequences just for you, journal or expressive arts prompts, sensing inquiries, etc).
You'll have access to all of this, and messaging access to me, in a private and personal "studio dashboard."
